To make funnel cake with pancake mix, you will need:
-1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
-1/4 teaspoon baking powder
-1/4 teaspoon baking soda
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/2 cup milk
-1 tablespoon vegetable oil or melted butter
-1/4 cup sugar

1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
